Every year it is always a tradition on Thanksgiving to enjoy the food and football games in front of you. If you are a fan of one of the teams playing today, it makes the games even more special.
Today at 4 o’clock the Miami Dolphins will be going up against the Dallas Cowboys in Dallas Stadium. This will be a showdown to watch, in which both teams are on three game winning streaks.
Miami is going into the game with an urgency to keep winning games and turnaround their awful start in hopes of making the wild card. Dallas on the other hand are in great shape and top the NFC East standings tied with the N.Y. Giants.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving let’s change up with the players to watch.
The Miami Dolphins’ defense line need to dominate the offensive line today. Romo is unsuccessful and gets sacked most of the time out of the pocket. Look for Cameron Wake and Karlos Dansby to be the enforcer, closing the gaps for Dallas’ running game and covering the throwing pockets.
Second year head coach Jason Garrett should come prepared with multiple forms on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. He has the running game set but the receiving part is tough to figure out especially with Miles Austin being out for a good time. The defense has transformed into a rough and tough defense because of defensive coordinator Rob Ryan.
Tony Sparano has been around this franchise for many years. He knows what works and what doesn’t, today is probably the biggest day to find the identity for the franchise. If they can pull out a win for themselves it would be huge going into these last six weeks. Coach Sparano will put everything on the table including Reggie Bush and Matt Moore bringing their A game.
The Big Turkey:
Reggie vs. DeMarco. Reggie Bush is on a tear right now and is looking more and more comfortable with the running game. Watch for Reggie to have an okay game, posting 50 rushing yards and a touchdown. DeMarco Murray is probably every fantasy owner’s best friend and has been a big replacement for Felix Jones and the Dallas Cowboys. He averages almost 120 yards per game but may have trouble with the hot defensive line of the Miami Dolphins.
Prediction: MIA 28 DAL 24
A little Thanksgiving video for all of you.
