After two back to back losses at home against two big AFC East teams the dolphins are not in good shape. This week they have a tough opponent in the Green Bay Packers. Time is now and I think the phins know that. Both losses were bad but the toughest was the New England Patriots loss. When they lost 41-14, you saw the old Miami Dolphins of the early 2000s in second half.
The era of the 2000s was tough times call for desperate measures. The new era for the Dolphins involves a sense of urgency. Urgency in a way to show the fans of Miami and NFL fans what they got. I think it helps too, to have a receiver in Brandon Marshall.
The Dolphins don’t need to rush into playing like superstars. They have to just play to their full potential. Chad Henne needs be the leader of the team, just like Tom Brady is the leader of the New England Patriots. Great receiver in Marshall can only help the Dolphins. Complimentary players like Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams, Davone Bess, Karlos Dansby, and Vontae Davis just add to the mix.
The tide will be rolling in the next couple of weeks but I think the Miami Dolphins are heading in the right direction.
