Miami Dolphins lost to the New York Jets 21-13. The Dolphins lost by inches of the goal line. Tight-end of the Dolphins, Anthony Fasano was wide open in the end zone until cornerback of the Jets Eric smith came over and knock the ball out of his hands on fourth down.
The phin fans like me, should be very excited with the chemistry in quarterback Chad Henne and wide receiver Brandon Marshall. Marshall caught 10 receptions for 166 yards and scored once. Great to see both are on the right page.
In the beginning of the fourth quarter, the former Miami Dolphin Jason Taylor sacked Chad Henne in the backfield. The defensive end was wild up and the crowd was giving him the essence of boos.
“They booed, and I smiled,” Taylor said.
The young quarterback rivalry between Dolphins QB Chad Henne and Jets QB Mark Sanchez went as expected. Miami’s quarterback was 26/44 364 yards, 2 TDs, and 1 Interception. New York’s quarterback was 15/28 256 yards, 3 TDs, and 0 interceptions. I hate saying this but I guess Mark Sanchez had the better night since his team came out with the win.
Jets’ wide receiver Braylon Edwards had to sit out the first quarter due to the DUI. Of course, the only catch Braylon makes in the game, he runs for a touchdown. Lucky for him, horrible for anti fans of the “Butterfingerman”.
